We’ve been craving Thai food for sometime now and so happy we came across Silk Thai. It’s a great spot to watch the sunsetting on the outdoor patio. We ordered a few meals and they all hit the spot! Red duck curry and and pad Thai along with ginger chicken were all delicious. Service was friendly friendly and we highly recommend coming and dining here. Lunch specials during the week are good too!
Wonderful service! Very soulful and attentive. Was pleasantly surprised as we rarely get such service in Perth let alone Mandurah. Had Pad Thai, Tom Yum and Ginger chicken. Everything was delicious but ginger chicken was my the most favourite! Daughter loved the young coconut and you can drink and then eat too 😋 Now this is our must visit place every time we travel to Mandurah from Perth
Delicious dinner tonight. Welcoming friendly staff. Great service, staff attentive without been intrusive. It was lovely to meet Kin also. Great food with extensive menu. Generous portions. This is our second time in Mandurah & second time to this great restaurant. Food. Entrees:- Spring rolls Pork Belly bites Mains :- Pad Thai beef Silk Thai special rice with prawns. All dishes were delicious and full of flavour. We will definitely return next time we are in Mandurah to try the other dishes on the menu. A neighbourhood gem.
Honestly, the restaurant is amazing. I have enjoyed many places in Perth, and I could say Silk Thai is wonderful 5 out 5. Wow. Thanks. The waitstaff are amazing and the restaurant has a beautiful ambient. (The only ly bad thing is that they have only one toilet for women and men, which is not quite good when you need to wait too long)
2021 Had lunch here, the food were great and portions were okay. We were lucky to reach here before the crowds start coming in. The dishes were served promptly and the taste was awesome and authentic. Mar 2025 Came here for dinner on a Saturday evening at 6pm. Definitely must call prior to reserve as seats were limited. The staff were friendly, good were served promptly and the tastes are still awesome! We've always ordered the pineapple curry with pork (goes most well with pork) as it's nice and not readily available elsewhere. We had the whole barramundi as well and whilst we find it a bit crispier, it's still nice. The wok fried chicken with ginger is not as good comparatively and we'll try another dish the next time.
