We recently hosted our daughter's 4th birthday in the rear alfresco area at Friar Tucks House, and it was absolutely perfect for the occasion. The space is undercover and equipped with heaters, making it comfortable regardless of the weather. The owners were incredibly accommodating and flexible, allowing us to rearrange the space to suit our setup needs. They also provided early access so we could decorate and get everything ready ahead of time. We highly recommend Friar Tucks House as a venue for any special occasion or even just for a great lunch or dinner. A fantastic spot with wonderful service!
What a great little pub, we sat outside in a beautiful garden palm setting, atmosphere was amazing & food topped our experience off. Service was equally accommodating & friendly. We can recommend the Celtic chicken & Mondays special BBQ Pork ribs. both meals were generous. For desert I had the Apple crumble it was too sweet for me but did not affect my score by any means. We definitely will be back soon 😊
Place looks amazing and has outdoor seating with water mist sprays for the heat. Staff are friendly and helpful. I did put my order a bit later than the table, sizzling chicken and it came out with the others, very happy. Garlic break was ok but only had 2 pieces and little dry. The fish and chips was a little greasy but all was cooked great and came out hot. Needs more Irish food.
This is our regular haunt & it never disappoints. The staff are very engaging & food is superb. Lots of space inside & out & the kids love the playground. Overall great place to eat.
Love that place been here lot of time never reviewed them but this time they deserve it. Best food in the town have sandwich and wife have a grilled barramundi nice food and Love the kids area as well. Proud to a local
