BEWARE! Just ordered delivery from Yuanman Chinese Restaurant - Falcon and received RAW chicken. Every single piece of chicken satay skewer was raw.. barely touched a grill. And half the sweet and sour chicken was raw. We called them to be told ‘oh, the oil mustn’t be hot enough..’. When I asked what they would do about it as you can’t serve raw chicken to people.. I was told they could take my phone number and get a new one.. but I’d have to pick it up.. no, sorry, we will not be coming back! Absolutely disgusting experience and customer service. Yuanman was our fave in Mandurah too.
Had dinner last night in the restaurant, . Great food. Much improved on the last owners.Takeaways running out the door.Service great from the lovely young front of house staff, always welcoming. Give yuanman a try you won't regret it Robbie and kathy.
Ordered takeway and wow I was impressed. Good prices and very generous serves. The crispy lemon chicken was sensational and every other dish fantastic and good servings of veg. Highly recommend this place. Staff super friendly too!
