I've been here a few times, and the food has never disappointed. It's a great place for classic Chinese food, with big portions and good prices. The dishes are full of flavor and come out fresh and hot. The service is friendly and attentive, and the food doesn't take too long to arrive, even when it's busy. The menu has a good variety of favourites, making it easy for everyone to find something they like. Overall, a solid spot for a relaxed meal or takeaway—definitely worth coming back again
Amazing service and the food is 10 pot of 10 delicious. Absolutely loved the setting in this nice restaurant. Mei Jing is too notch and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Huge portions and the price is spot on. A must repeat for sure!!!
I’ve seen a lot of mixed reviews about Mei Jing, but my experience has always been excellent. In my perspective, this is easily the best Chinese restaurant in Mandurah. The food is consistently authentic and full of flavour. The hot and sour soup is a standout for me – perfectly balanced, comforting, and exactly what you’d hope for. The beef kway teow is also very good, with great wok flavour and generous portions. Service has always been friendly and welcoming, and the staff make you feel looked after whether you’re dining in or getting takeaway. The atmosphere is relaxed and classic, and it feels like a long-standing local favourite for a reason. Overall, Mei Jing delivers reliable, authentic Chinese food that keeps me coming back. Highly recommend if you’re looking for proper Chinese cuisine in Mandurah.
The best fried rice in Mandurah!!! I’m new in mandurah but really wanted to have fried rice somewhere then found this store. I’m from Japan grown up with lots of Chinese food I could say every meal I had in this restaurant was amazing. Table and seats are clean, staffs are friendly and calm :) surprisingly they didnt put chopsticks at first and I could see there were no Asian customers except me and my friend so I thought this is a Chinese restaurant for western people but staff offered me for chopsticks and bowls before we ordering foods, it made me feel comfortable to stay there 😌 their fried ice cream was sooo yum. I would definitely come back agin for the fried rice and the ice cream 🫠🤤
This was our first visit to Mei Jing, and we won’t be going back anytime soon. Both our dishes were bland and tasteless, with frozen vegetables not cooked through. Chicken Satay sticks were yummy. Our drinks were forgotten and we had to remind the staff about them and there certainly anything great about the atmosphere of the restaurant.
