One of our first lunches on our first time visit to Mandurah and what a pleasant surprise. We opted for the lunchtime special and were very impressed. I had the Italian Sausage Entree which was deliciously to die for. My husband had the Garlic Prawns and loved it wishing there was more of it. My main was the veal which had a lot of gravy but tasty and ample amount with the pasta. My husband enjoyed his lasagne too. Tiramisu dessert was standard but finished off the meal well. Service was good and fast and the waitress was lovely. The owners were very welcoming too. All in all a good lunchtime experience, good value for money with great tasting food. Will definitely visit there again on our next visit. Thank you
The best Italian food in all of Mandurah! And probably south of Perth to be honest! Veal scallopini and veal Salt n bocca then takeaway pizza for lunch tomorrow Fiorintina and meat lovers!
Restaurant is outdated. Chairs and tablecloths are dirty. Floors dirty with cobwebs everywhere. No atmosphere, like no background music. Found the male server rude. The food was not as described on menu. Veal was nice and soft, sauce delicious. The poached pear was delicious but the canoli (menu spelling) was overpriced for a bland over wiped cream or what ever filling. NO flavour not even a drop of vanilla. $143 for two people!!! No alcohol ordered.Ridiculous! Was the first and definitely the last time!
I took a large 19 pax group to this restaurant 17/2. I unfortunately had the following issues. 1. No Bruchetta 2. No orange juice. 3. Pizza’s not available till 5pm 4. Unable to provide the only mocktail as did not have 1 ingredient. 5. It took 25 minutes for 1 order of coffee. 6. The table cloths were dirty and stained on several of our tables. 7. No availability for disabled buses. We had to park half way onto brick paving in front of the front entrance. We had people with walkers as well. 8. The paper hand towel was not in dispenser it was just sitting on the bench next to the sink in the men’s toilet. 9. One of our guests could not have the wine she wanted as they did not have it had to have another type with lemonade added to suit her taste Despite the above the food was very good. Each of my group enjoyed all their meals and we could not fault the service. The team were very helpful and friendly.
This is the 3rd time that I have organised a group dinner at this restaurant. A very large group of 29 of us went on Sunday after an early evening show at the performing arts centre. They went above & beyond to give us an excellent finish to our evening, since they usually close at 8.00pm but remained open to accommodate us. The family are very friendly & I had several conversations with Rosa & Rosina regarding my booking. Everybody enjoyed their meal very much & the restaurant also arranged individual billings, which is very unusual but it was extremely efficient. Everything was first class.
